General terms

We try to keep availability and prices up to date on our website. However, bookings and prices are not considered definite until confirmed by us in writing by email.

We reserve the right to change prices on the website .

The prices specified in the agreement/contract can not be modified .

A normal usage of electricity and gas is included in the prices shown.

Cancellation

The booking deposit for our apartments is non-refundable either for cancellation or non-arrival.The paid renting price is not refundable in case of earlier departure as it was requested in the agreement/contract.

Security damage /deposit :

We ask a refundable damage deposit for all the accommodation in everycase at the arrival what is different amount for each accommodation .

Privacy

We take our customers privacy very seriously and do not share customer details with any third party.
